Stir Fried Frog's Legs

300g frozen frog's legs
3 slices ginger
1/4 onion - sliced
1 stalk green onion - cut into 2" length
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 tbsp water
cornstarch solution

1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine
1/2 tsp cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sugar

  1. Marinate the frog's legs for 30 mins or more.  Set aside.
  2. Heat up oil in a wok, saute the onion, ginger, green onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add frog's legs to the wok and stir fry for 1 minute.  Add sauce and do a quick stir fry to mix well.
  4. Add water to the wok and continue to stir fry for another few minutes or until the meat is cooked.
  5. Stir in some cornstarch solution to thicken the sauce and serve warm.
