2 bowls cooked rice (left overnight)
4 italian sausages - cut into small pcs
10 prawns - peeled and deveined
3/4 bowl mixed peas
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp sliced shallot
1 tbsp minced red onion
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
- Heat oil in a wok and saute the prawns and sausages until cooked. Set aside.
- With the remaining oil, saute onion, shallots and garlic till fragrant.
- Add cooked rice to the wok and stir fry under high heat for a few minutes. Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and pepper. Add mixed peas to the rice mixture and fry for another 2-3 mins.
- Transfer rice to a serving plate and serve warm.
