1 lb swai fillet - cut into bite-sized pcs
8 pcs baby corn - sliced into halves
2 stalk celery - sliced
1 small tomato - cut into bite-sized pcs
1 small onion - sliced
1 tsp fermented black bean - chopped coarsely
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp huatiao wine
1 tsp cornstarch
- Marinate the fish slices for 1 hour or more.
- Heat up oil in a wok. Saute the onion, ginger, garlic and black beans till fragrant.
- Add fish slices, tomato, celery and baby corn and stir fry to mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to serving plate and serve warm.
