1 lb halibut neck - chopped into pieces
toasted sesame seeds
cooking oil for frying
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
flour for coating
- Marinate fish with seasonings (except flour) for 30 minutes or more and then coat with flour
- Heat up oil in a wok. Deep fry the fish till golden brown. Drain and transfer to a serving plate.
- Sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
