Fried Halibut Neck

1 lb halibut neck - chopped into pieces
toasted sesame seeds
cooking oil for frying
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 egg
salt and pepper to taste
flour for coating

  1. Marinate fish with seasonings (except flour) for 30 minutes or more and then coat with flour
  2. Heat up oil in a wok.  Deep fry the fish till golden brown.  Drain and transfer to a serving plate.
  3. Sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
