Stir Fried Tofu with Pork Belly

200g pork belly - scalded and cut into small pcs
1 block of fresh tofu - cut into small rectangular pcs
4 dried red chillies
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp sliced shallot
1 tbsp cooking oil
  1. Heat up oil in a frying pan.  Fry the tofu until golden brown.  Set aside.
  2. With the remaining oil, stir fry the pork belly for 2 mins.  Add shallot, garlic and red chilli and continue to stir fry until fragrant.  Return beancurd to the pan.
  3. Drizzle dark soy sauce and quickly stir fry to mix well.
