Steamed Tofu with Enoki Mushroom

1 pkt soft tofu - cut into 8 pcs
200 g minced meat
1 pkt enoki mushroom - washed and ends trimmed
1 small carrot - peeled and cut into thin strips
4 tbsp frozen corn
Seasonings for meat
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp huatiao wine
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2  tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp cornstarch

  1. Marinate meat with seasonings for 1 hour or more.  Spoon one spoonful of meat onto each piece of tofu and arrange on a plate.
  2. Arrange the enoki mushroom, carrot and sweet corn onto the plate.
  3. Bring steamer to a boil and place the plate on steamer and steam for 10 to 15 mins until meat is cooked.
  4. Serve warm with rice.
