Stir Fried Chicken with Broccoli

1 small bunch broccoli - cut into florets
200 g chicken meat - sliced thinly
1 red bell pepper - cut into strips
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
cooking oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp huatiao wine
1 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp cornstarch

1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp huatiao wine.
salt to taste
1 tsp sesame oil.

  1. Marinate the chicken meat for 1 hour or more.  Set aside.
  2. Bring a pot of water to boil.  Add salt and blanch the broccoli for 2 mins.  Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat up oil in a wok.  Saute the ginger and garlic until slightly browned.  Add bell chicken meat and bell pepper and stir fry under high heat for 2-3 mins.  Add sauce and broccoli and qucikly stir fry for another min.
  4. Transfer to serving plate and serve warm with rice.
