Ingredients
2 serving of dried thin noodles
4 prawns
some thinly sliced pork
2 medium cooked eggs
3 tbsp thai tomyam paste
2 cups water
2 cup chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste
Seasonings for pork slices
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
pinch of salt and pepper
1 tsp cornstarch
Garnish
1 tsp shallot oil
fried shallot
Method
- Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add tomyam paste and noodles and cook till noodles are al dente.
- Add pork slices and prawns and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with boiled eggs and fried shallot.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the tasty noodles!
