Ingredients
1 cup glutinous rice flour
200ml water
1 tbsp shallot oil
roasted ground peanut
sugar to taste
Method
- Pour one cup flour into a bowl. Add water and stir.
- Heat up oil in a non stick pan.
- Cook the flour mixture over low heat until a soft dough is formed.
- Remove from pan and cut dough into pieces and coat them with the roasted ground peanut and sugar mixture.
- Enjoy the delicious mochi!
