Muah Chee (Pan fry Method)




Ingredients
1 cup glutinous rice flour
200ml water
1 tbsp shallot oil
roasted ground peanut
sugar to taste

 Method
  1. Pour one cup flour into a bowl.  Add water and stir.
  2. Heat up oil in a non stick pan.  
  3. Cook the flour mixture over low heat until a soft dough is formed.
  4. Remove from pan and cut dough into pieces and coat them with the roasted ground peanut and sugar mixture.
  5. Enjoy the delicious mochi!
