Ingredients
1 cup raw whole pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp melted butter
pinch of salt
Method
- Wash the seeds and remove any pulp left on the seeds. Dry seeds as much as possible.
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and salt.
- Lighly grease an aluminium sheet and place on a baking tray.
- Spread the seeds in a single layer for even baking.
- Roast pumpkin seeds for about 15 minutes, tossing the seeds halfway through baking time.
- When the seeds turn golden brown and give out a nutty aroma, they are ready!
- Enjoy the tasty treat or store in a container when cooled.
