Roasted Pumpkin Seeds





Ingredients
1 cup raw whole pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp melted butter
pinch of salt

 Method
  1. Wash the seeds and remove any pulp left on the seeds.  Dry seeds as much as possible.
  2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  3. Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and salt.
  4. Lighly grease an aluminium sheet and place on a baking tray.
  5. Spread the seeds in a single layer for even baking.
  6. Roast pumpkin seeds for about 15 minutes, tossing the seeds halfway through baking time.
  7. When the seeds turn golden brown and give out a nutty aroma, they are ready! 
  8. Enjoy the tasty treat or store in a container when cooled.
