Ingredients
1 packet of dried chinese five spiced tofu - cut into strips
roasted pork
1 stalk green onion - cut into 1 inch length
half red bell pepper - cut into thick strips
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
dash of white pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
- Heat up oil in pan. Saute chopped garlic till aromatic.
- Add cut tofu and roast pork and fry over high heat for a few minutes.
- Drizzle dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and rice wine and fry to mix well.
- Add bell pepper and green onion and fry for another minute.
- Sprinkle some pepper and sesame oil to taste. Toss to mix well.
- Serve warm with rice.
