Ingredients
1 bunch of green beans - washed and cut into 2 inch length
1/3 cup minced meat
3 cloves garlic - peeled and chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sambal chilli
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Blanch green beans for about a minute.
- Heat up oil in pan. Fry chopped garlic till aromatic.
- Add minced meat and soy sauce and stir fry over high heat. Add green bean and sambal chilli and continue to stir fry for one minute.
- Place dish on a plate and serve warm.
