Winter Melon Soup with Clams

1/4 of winter melon - skin peeled and cut into cubes
1 packet frozen clams 
ginger - julienned
water or chicken broth

  1. Bring water to boil.  Add ginger and winter melon and boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Add clams and boil for another 5 minutes.
  3. Ladle into a serving bowl and serve warm.
