Japanese Yam Dessert Soup

1 Japanese yam - peeled and cut into cubes]
2 pandan leaves - knotted
handful goji berry
rock sugar to taste
2 cups water 

  1. Bring water, pandan leaves and ginger to a boil.
  2. Continue to boil for a few minutes.
  3. Add cubed yam and goji berry and boil till tender.
  4. Add rock sugar to taste. 
  5. Ladle into serving bowls.
  6. Serve warm or chilled.
