Pan Fried Black Pepper Pork Chop

1lb boneless pork chop
black pepper to taste
salt to taste

  1. Marinate pork chop with salt and pepper for one hour or more.
  2. Add oil to cast iron pan and heat up on high.
  3. When heated, add pork chops, cover and fry 2 minutes on each side, 
  4. Transfer to a plate and cover for a few minutes.
  5. Serve warm with some salad.
