ingredients
1lb boneless pork chop
black pepper to taste
salt to taste
Method
- Marinate pork chop with salt and pepper for one hour or more.
- Add oil to cast iron pan and heat up on high.
- When heated, add pork chops, cover and fry 2 minutes on each side,
- Transfer to a plate and cover for a few minutes.
- Serve warm with some salad.
