1/4 winter melon - cut into cubes
10 fresh jujube
2 slices ginger
handful goji berries (wolfberry)
a pot of water
Method
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Add ginger slices and fresh jujube and boil for 20 minutes under medium heat.
- Add winter melon cubes and wolfberries and simmer for another 15 minutes.
- Add salt to taste.
- Ladle into serving bowls.
