Winter Melon with Fresh Jujube Soup

1/4 winter melon - cut into cubes
10 fresh jujube
2 slices ginger
handful goji berries (wolfberry)
a pot of water

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil.  Add ginger slices and fresh jujube and boil for 20 minutes under medium heat.
  2. Add winter melon cubes and wolfberries and simmer for another 15 minutes.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Ladle into serving bowls.
