Chicken Soup with Cong Cao Hua

half organic chicken
8 red dates 
handful of sliced ginseng
handful cong cao hua
handful goji berry
3 slices ginger

  1. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Boil for 5 to 6 hours.
  3. Ladle into bowls and serve warm.
