Stir Fried Dou Miao

1 small bunch dou miao (pea shoots)
2 cloves garlic - chopped
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp water
  1. Heat oil in a wok and fry the garlic till fragrant.  Add dou miao and stir fry over high heat for 1 minute.
  2. Add salt and water and stir fry till dou miao is slightly wilted.  Drizzle soy sauce and mix well.
  3. Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm.
