Grilled Vegetable Platter

grill baby grill...hubby's weber baby Q
10 fresh white mushrooms - washed
small bunch of french beans - ends trimmed
1 large eggplant - end trimmed, cut into large pieces and rinsed with salt water
1 red bell pepper - cut into large pieces
1 green chilli
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
handful of chopped sweet basil leaves
salt to taste

  1. Add 1 tsp vegetable oil and coat the cut eggplant and french beans.  Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper to the mushrooms.
  3. Heat up gas grill and grill for 15- 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from grill and brush with sauce mixture.
  5. Grilled vegetable platter ready to be served.
