Pan Fried Pumpkin Kueh (金瓜糕)

Method
  1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil in a pan on medium heat.  Fry the pumpkin cake slices until golden brown on both sides.
  2. Drain excess oil and serve the pan fried cake with some sambal belachan chilli.
