1 bunch of asparagus - cut into 1.5 inch length
8 medium size prawns - peeled and deveined
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp XO sauce
salt to taste
- Boil a pot of water and add a little salt and sugar to it. Blanch the asparagus in the boiling water for 1-2 mins. Drain and set aside.
- Heat up some oil in a wok and saute the garlic until lightly brown, add the prawns and saute for a while more. Add the XO sauce and asparagus and fry for 1-2 mins over high heat. Add salt to taste. Dish up and serve immediately.
