1/2 lb salmon fillet
1 tomato - cut into small chunks
1/4 small white onion
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp green peas
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp olive oil
- Marinate the salmon with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder for 2 hours or more.
- Heat up oil in a non-stick pan and fry the salmon for about 2 minutes on each side. Set aside.
- With the remaining oil, saute the white onion and garlic till fragrant. Add tomato sauce, tomato and green peas and braise for 2 minutes. Dish up on a serving plate.
- Place the cooked salmon on top of the sauce and serve warm.
