300g pork ribs or chicken meat - blanced in boiling water.

Huai Shan (淮山) -dry or fresh. i use fresh huai shan
Qian Shi (欠实)
Fu Ling (茯苓)
Xiang Lian (湘莲)
Method
- Peel and cut the huai shan into big cubes. Set aside. Wash all other herbal ingredients.
- Add water to a slow cooker. Add ginger slices, pork ribs and all ingredients into the slow cooker.
- Boil for 4 hours on high heat and 7 hours on low heat.
- When soup is ready, serve warm.
