Si Shen Tang (四神汤)

300g pork ribs or chicken meat - blanced in boiling water.
4- 5 bowls of water
Huai Shan (淮山) -dry or fresh.  i use fresh huai shan
Qian Shi (欠实) 
Fu Ling (茯苓)
Xiang Lian (湘莲) 

  1. Peel and cut the huai shan into big cubes.  Set aside.  Wash all other herbal ingredients.
  2. Add water to a slow cooker. Add ginger slices, pork ribs and all ingredients into the slow cooker. 
  3. Boil for 4 hours on high heat and 7 hours on low heat.
  4. When soup is ready, serve warm.
