Avocado Fried Fish Roll

2 pc of dover sole fillet - sliced thinly
1 avocado - peeled and mashed
panko bread crumb - for coating
salt and pepper to taste
  1. Depending on the size and thickness of the fillet, cut and slice the fish fillet thinly.
  2. Season it with salt and pepper.  Place one tsp of mashed avocado near the edge and roll the fish fillet, wrapping the avocado.  Seal it with some cornstarch.
  3. Dip the fish into the beaten egg and coat it with the bread crumbs.
  4. Deep fry till golden brown.  Serve immediately.
