Baked Trout with Tomyam paste

3 pcs of trout fish
1 tomato - sliced
1 bell pepper - sliced
red chilli - sliced into thin strips
1 tbsp tomyam paste
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice - for drizzling
Rub tomyam paste, salt and pepper onto trout and inside the cavity and marinate for 1 hour or more.
Place in baking pan and arrange tomato, bell pepper and chilli onto the baking pan.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Bake for about 25 mins to 35 mins or until fish flakes.
Drizzle some lemon juice onto baked fish if desired.  Serve warm.
