2 pcs of salmon steak
1 red chilli - cut diagonally
1 green onion - cut into 5cm length
1 small onion - sliced
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp cooking oil
- Marinate fish with salt and pepper for 1 hour or more.
- Heat up oil in pan. Saute onion till slightly translucent. Add garlic and green onion and stir fry for a while till garlic is fragrant. Add soy sauce and mix well.
- Add fish to the pan and add some water if necessary. Cover for 5-8 mins under medium heat.
- Dish up and serve once fish is cooked.
