Summer season, summer produce. Thanks to my neighbour who gave me a bunch of these home grown romano beans, giving me the chance to try several dishes!
Ingredients
handful of romano beans - remove ends and cut into one inch length.
fish cake - cut into strips
2 cloves garlic - chopped
salt and pepper to taste
few tbsp water
vegetable oil
Seasonings
1 tbsp huatiao wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Method
- Heat up oil in wok. Fry chopped garlic till aromatic.
- Add sliced fish cake and romano beans and stir fry over high heat.
- Add seasonings and do a quick stir fry.
- Add water and fry to combine well.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
