Stir Fried Romano Beans with Fish Cake




Summer season, summer produce.  Thanks to my neighbour who gave me a bunch of these home grown romano beans, giving me the chance to try several dishes!

Ingredients
handful of romano beans - remove ends and cut into one inch length.
fish cake - cut into strips
2 cloves garlic - chopped
salt and pepper to taste 
few tbsp water
vegetable oil

Seasonings
1 tbsp huatiao wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce

Method
  1. Heat up oil in wok.  Fry chopped garlic till aromatic.
  2. Add sliced fish cake and romano beans and stir fry over high heat.
  3. Add seasonings and do a quick stir fry. 
  4. Add water and fry to combine well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
