Ingredients
1 japanese sweet potato - peeled and cut into cubes
red dates
3 tbsp quinoa
few pandan leaves
3 cups water
sugar to taste
Method
- Bring water to a boil. Add pandan leaves, sweet potatoes and red dates and bring water to a boil again. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add sugar to taste.
- Add quinoa and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat and cover the pot. Let the ingredients steep in the residual heat for 20 minutes.
- Dessert is ready!
