Ingredients
1 large piece of chicken breast - sliced
1 knob ginger - peeled and julienned
dash of sesame oil
1/3 cup glutinous rice wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 stalk green onion - ends trimmed and cut into 1 inch length
1 tbsp cooking oil
Marinade for chicken slices
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt and white pepper to taste
Method
- Marinate chicken slices with soy sauce salt and pepper.
- Heat up oil in wok. Fry ginger till aromatic.
- Add chicken slices, rice wine and soy sauce and stir fry over high heat for a few minutes or until chicken is cooked.
- Add green onion and a dash of sesame oil and fry to mix well.
- Ladle into a serving plate and serve warm with rice.
