Stir Fried Chicken Slices with Glutinous Rice Wine



Ingredients
1 large piece of chicken breast - sliced 
1 knob ginger - peeled and julienned
dash of sesame oil
1/3 cup glutinous rice wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 stalk green onion - ends trimmed and cut into 1 inch length
1 tbsp cooking oil

 Marinade for chicken slices
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt and white pepper to taste

Method
  1. Marinate chicken slices with soy sauce salt and pepper.
  2. Heat up oil in wok.  Fry ginger till aromatic.
  3. Add chicken slices, rice wine and soy sauce and stir fry over high heat for a few minutes or until chicken is cooked.
  4. Add green onion and a dash of sesame oil and fry to mix well.
  5. Ladle into a serving plate and serve warm with rice.
