Ingredients
1 lb halibut fish meat
1/4 portion of a large zucchini - peeled and cut into 2 inch length
2 tbsp spicy korean bean paste
2 slices ginger
2 cloves garlic - chopped
8 fried tofu puff
1 stalk of green onion - ends trimmed and cut into 2 inch length
salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Marinate fish with some salt and pepper for 30 minutes or more.
- Heat up oil in a claypot. Fry ginger and garlic till aromatic. Add korean bean paste and continue to fry for a while.
- Add zucchini and tofu puff. Add water and cover to cook for 10 minutes.
- Heat up grill on high and lightly grill the fish meat on both sides.
- Add grilled fish to the claypot and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes or until fish is just cooked through. Add salt to taste.
- Serve warm with rice.
