Bunches of large and beautiful homegrown french beans given by a friend.
Ingredients
1 bunch of french bean - ends trimmed and sliced thinly
3 eggs - lightly beaten with 1 tbsp soy sauce and dash of pepper
2 tbsp dried shrimp skin
3 cloves garlic - peeled and minced
1 to 2 tbsp cooking oil
salt to taste
Method
- Heat up oil in pan. Fry garlic till lightly aromatic. Add cut beans and a dash of salt and fry till tender. Add shrimp skin to the eggs.
- Pour egg mixture over the beans. Stir fry over high heat to mix well.
- Serve warm with rice or porridge.
