Home grown spicy hot korean chilli peppers!
Ingredients
15 fresh red chilli - remove seeds and cut into pieces
2 chilli padi - remove seeds (I omitted this as I used korean chilli pepper which is hot)
3 cloves garlic
2 slices ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cane sugar
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp chicken stock
2 tbsp lime juice
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
Store in an air tight glass bottle and chill in the fridge for later use.
