Stir Fried Romano Beans with Chicken in Black Bean Sauce

handful of romano beans, ends trimmed and slice into thin strips
chicken breast - slice into thin pieces
2 tbsp black bean sauce
2 cloves garlic - chopped
dash of sesame oil
vegetable oil

 Marinade for chicken slices
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp corn starch

2 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp water 
1 tsp sugar

  1. Heat up oil in pan.  Pan fry chicken slices till cooked.  Set aside.
  2. Add more oil to the pan.  Fry chopped garlic till aromatic.  Add black bean sauce and fry for a while.
  3. Add chicken and romano beans to the pan.  Add seasonings and stir fry over high heat.
  4. Add a dash of sesame oil and fry to mix well.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm with rice.
