Ingredients
handful of romano beans, ends trimmed and slice into thin strips
chicken breast - slice into thin pieces
2 tbsp black bean sauce
2 cloves garlic - chopped
dash of sesame oil
vegetable oil
Marinade for chicken slices
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp corn starch
Seasonings
2 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp water
1 tsp sugar
Method
- Heat up oil in pan. Pan fry chicken slices till cooked. Set aside.
- Add more oil to the pan. Fry chopped garlic till aromatic. Add black bean sauce and fry for a while.
- Add chicken and romano beans to the pan. Add seasonings and stir fry over high heat.
- Add a dash of sesame oil and fry to mix well.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm with rice.
