1 bunch of french beans - ends trimmed and cut into 2 cm length
sambal ikan bilis
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of cooking oil
Method
- Heat up oil in pan. Fry garlic till lightly browned.
- Add cut french beans and stir fry over high heat. Add a pinch of salt and fry to mix well.
- When the beans are tender, add sambal ikan bilis and fry to mix well.
- Ladle into a serving plate and serve warm.
