1 packet medium soft tofu
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 pkt brown beech mushrooms
fresh parsley and toasted sesame seeds
- in a skillet, add sesame oil and fry the tofu on both sides till golden brown. Set aside.
- Add mushrooms and stir fry till lightly aromatic.
- Add teriyaki sauce and do a quick stir fry.
- Stir in some cornstarch solution and mix well.
- Pour over tofu. Garnish with parsley and sesame seed and serve warm.
