half free range chicken - chopped into pieces
half cup yellow wine
1 - 2 tbsp sesame oil
pinch of salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp yellow wine
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce and yellow wine.
- Heat up pan on medium heat. Add sesame oil. Fry ginger till lightly brown
- Add chicken pieces and stir fry over high heat.
- Cover and let it braise for about 15 to 20 minutes till chicken pieces are cooked.
- Add a little salt to season it.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm.
