Wonton Noodle Soup








Ingredients
1 bunch of fresh thin egg noodles
8 uncooked wontons
1 pot of ikan bilis stock
chopped green onions
fried shallots 
pinch of white pepper
 Method 
  1. Boil wonton in the pot of ikan bilis stock till cooked.  Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pot of boiling water, cook egg noodles till al dente.  Drain and place noodles in a serving bowl.
  3. Place cooked wontons in the bowl and pour the stock into the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle chopped green onions and fried shallots.
  5. Drizzle a bit of shallot oil and sprinkle white pepper
  6. Serve immediately.
