Ingredients
1 bunch of fresh thin egg noodles
8 uncooked wontons
1 pot of ikan bilis stock
chopped green onions
fried shallots
pinch of white pepper
- Boil wonton in the pot of ikan bilis stock till cooked. Drain and set aside.
- In a pot of boiling water, cook egg noodles till al dente. Drain and place noodles in a serving bowl.
- Place cooked wontons in the bowl and pour the stock into the bowl.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions and fried shallots.
- Drizzle a bit of shallot oil and sprinkle white pepper
- Serve immediately.
