Oyster Mee Sua




Ingredients
3 oysters from a jar - rinsed and set aside
1 bunch vermicelli
some minced meat - seasoned with a little soy sauce, salt, pepper and sesame oil.
chopped parsley
1 tsp sesame oil 

Method
  1. Heat up water in a pot.  When water comes to a boil, add in 1 tsp sesame oil.  Add in vermicelli and lightly stir.
  2. Add in minced meat and oysters.  Stir to combine.
  3. Season with some salt and pepper.
  4. Ladle into a serving bowl.  Sprinkle some chopped parsley and fried shallots and serve immediately.
