Ingredients
3 oysters from a jar - rinsed and set aside
1 bunch vermicelli
some minced meat - seasoned with a little soy sauce, salt, pepper and sesame oil.
chopped parsley
1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- Heat up water in a pot. When water comes to a boil, add in 1 tsp sesame oil. Add in vermicelli and lightly stir.
- Add in minced meat and oysters. Stir to combine.
- Season with some salt and pepper.
- Ladle into a serving bowl. Sprinkle some chopped parsley and fried shallots and serve immediately.
