Grilled Chicken Thigh with Asparagus



Ingredients
1 lb boneless chicken thigh
1 small bunch of asparagus (washed and trim off hard stems)
1/2 large onion, sliced

Seasonings
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sake
a pinch of sugar
salt and pepper to taste 

Method
  1. Cut chicken thigh into pieces.  Marinate with seasonings for 30 minutess.
  2. Heat up weber grill on high.  Place chicken thigh meat onto grill and cook for a few  minutes on both sides or until chicken meat is cooked but still tender. Remove grilled chicken meat and set aside.
  3. Continue to grill the asparagus and onions for a few minutes.
  4. Serve grilled chicken with asparagus and onion while tender and warm.
