Ingredients
1 lb boneless chicken thigh
1 small bunch of asparagus (washed and trim off hard stems)
1/2 large onion, sliced
Seasonings
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sake
a pinch of sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cut chicken thigh into pieces. Marinate with seasonings for 30 minutess.
- Heat up weber grill on high. Place chicken thigh meat onto grill and cook for a few minutes on both sides or until chicken meat is cooked but still tender. Remove grilled chicken meat and set aside.
- Continue to grill the asparagus and onions for a few minutes.
- Serve grilled chicken with asparagus and onion while tender and warm.
