Pan Fried Pork Patty with Chives


Ingredients
1 lb ground pork meat
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped chives
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 red chili - cut into small pieces 
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp huatiao wine
1 tsp ground pepper
pinch of sugar
salt to taste  
vegetable oil
 Method
  1. Marinate pork for a few hours with all the ingredients except vegetable oil. 
  2. Scoop up meat and form into meat patties.
  3. Heat up oil in pan.  When oil is hot, place meat patties onto pan and fry till both sides are browned.
  4. Serve warm.
