Easy Grilled Swordfish Fillet



Ingredients
1 lb swordfish fillet
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped green onions

Seasonings
salt and black pepper

Sauce
1 tbsp fermented beans with some sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce 
1 tsp rice wine
drizzle of sesame oil

 Method
  1. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the fish fillet.
  2. Heat up Weber grill on high.  Place fish fillet on grille grates and cook for a few minutes on each side.
  3. Remove fish and set aside on a plate.
  4. On a small pan.  Fry some garlic till lightly aromatic.  Add salted fermented bean mixture and cook for one minute.   
  5. Drizzle cooked sauce over the grilled fish fillet.
  6. Sprinkle some chopped green onions and serve warm with rice.
