Ingredients
1 lb swordfish fillet
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped green onions
Seasonings
salt and black pepper
Sauce
1 tbsp fermented beans with some sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine
drizzle of sesame oil
Method
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the fish fillet.
- Heat up Weber grill on high. Place fish fillet on grille grates and cook for a few minutes on each side.
- Remove fish and set aside on a plate.
- On a small pan. Fry some garlic till lightly aromatic. Add salted fermented bean mixture and cook for one minute.
- Drizzle cooked sauce over the grilled fish fillet.
- Sprinkle some chopped green onions and serve warm with rice.
