Grilled Cod Fillet with Orzo Rice




Ingredients
1 lb cod fish fillet
salt and black pepper to taste
vegetable salad
cooked orzo rice


 Method
  1. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the fish fillet.
  2. Heat up weber grill to high.
  3. Brush some oil on the grill grates.
  4. Grilled fish for a few minutes on both sides.
  5. Place grilled fish on a plate of vegetable salad with orzo. 
  6. A tasty and healthy meal is ready to be served!
