Ingredients
3 eggs
6 fresh oysters from a jar
some chopped green onion
2 tbsp light soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
- Heat up oil in a pan. Crack eggs into a bowl. Add green onions, soy sauce, salt and pepper into the eggs. Stir lightly to mix.
- Pour eggs into the pan and fry for a while over medium heat.
- Place oysters on top of the eggs, distributing evenly.
- Let it cook for another minute,
- Flip over to fry the other side until brown.
- Serve warm.
