Fried egg with oysters



Ingredients
3 eggs
6 fresh oysters from a jar
some chopped green onion
2 tbsp light soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp vegetable oil 

Method
  1. Heat up oil in a pan.  Crack eggs into a bowl.  Add green onions, soy sauce, salt and pepper into the eggs.  Stir lightly to mix.
  2. Pour eggs into the pan and fry for a while over medium heat.
  3. Place oysters on top of the eggs, distributing evenly.
  4. Let it cook for another minute,
  5. Flip over to fry the other side until brown.
  6. Serve warm.
