Ingredients
1 lb halibut fillet
1 sliced fresh red chilli - sliced
1 tbsp salted fermented yellow beans
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 stalk green onion
slices of ginger
Method
- Heat up wok on high.
- Place green onions onto a plate and place fish fillet on top of the green onion.
- Place all other ingredients on the fish fillet.
- When water comes to boil. Place fish in wok and steam for 7 minutes or until cooked.
- Serve warm with rice.
