Steamed Halibut Fillet with Fermented Bean



Ingredients
1 lb halibut fillet
1 sliced fresh red chilli - sliced
1 tbsp salted fermented yellow beans
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 stalk green onion
slices of ginger

 Method
  1. Heat up wok on high.
  2. Place green onions onto a plate and place fish fillet on top of the green onion.
  3. Place all other ingredients on the fish fillet.
  4. When water comes to boil.  Place fish in wok and steam for 7 minutes or until cooked.
  5. Serve warm with rice.
