Ingredients
Spices and Seasonings
1 tsp paprika1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp dry sage
juice of 1 lemon
dash of garlic salt
dash of pepper
dash of onion powder
dash of chilli flakes
Sauce for basting
1/2 cup Kraft original barbecue sauce
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp tobasco sauce
1/2 cup Kraft original barbecue sauce
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp tobasco sauce
Method
- Marinate pork ribs with spices and seasonings for 15 minutes or more.
- Preheat weber grill on high for 5 minutes. Place two layers of aluminium foil in the centre of the grill. Place trivet on top of the foil and arrange the pork ribs on the trivet.
- Place a metal bowl of water inside the grill.
- Cover and grill for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours between 275 to 300 degrees F (low heat).
- Remove cover and switch to high heat.
- Place pork ribs directly on the grill and cook for 10 minutes. At the same time, heat up the sauce in a small metal plate.
- Switch to medium heat and baste ribs with barbecue sauce mix and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes.
- Drizzle sauce over grilled pork ribs and serve warm.
