Fermented Chilli Beancurd Chicken Nuggets (豆乳鸡块)

2 chicken thigh - deboned
sweet potato flour for coating
vegetable oil for frying
Seasonings for chicken
1 -1/2 cubes fermented beancurd
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp minced garlic
pinch of sugar

  1. Cut chicken into small chunks and marinate for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Heat up oil in pot.  Coat each piece of chicken with the flour.
  3. Fry the chicken piecec till golden brown.
  4. Serve immediately.
