Ingredients
2 chicken thigh - deboned
sweet potato flour for coating
vegetable oil for frying
Seasonings for chicken
1 -1/2 cubes fermented beancurd
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp minced garlic
pinch of sugar
Method
- Cut chicken into small chunks and marinate for a few hours or overnight.
- Heat up oil in pot. Coat each piece of chicken with the flour.
- Fry the chicken piecec till golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
