3/4 cup taro/yam -already peeled and cut into small cubes
3/4 tbsp tapiocal pearls
2 tbsp coconut milk (i substitute with 1 tbsp condensed milk)
sugar to taste
- Cut taro into cubes.
- Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add pandan leaves and sugar and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add taro and sugar and boil for a few minutes.
- Add tapioca pearls and coconut milk. Turn off heat.
- Dessert is ready when tapioca pearls are cooked and become translucent.
- Serve warm.
