One of our favourite soup on the table during the cold autumn and winter season here.
6 pieces chopped pig's trotters - parboiled
2 duck drumsticks - skin removed and fats trimmed, parboiled
1 packet pre-mixed herbal packet
water as directed in package
salt to taste
sliced red chilli and dark soy sauce
- Wash all ingredients, add meat and water and cook in slow cooker on low for 6 - 8 hours.
- Add salt to taste.
- Ladle into a serving bowl and serve warm with rice.
