Purple Yam with Glutinous Rice Ball

1 purple yam - peeled and cubed
4 glutinous rice balls
2 bowls of water
2 pandan leaves
rock sugar to taste

  1. Heat up water and pandan leaves in a pot.  Add purple yam and boil till tender.
  2. Add sugar and glutinous rice balls and continue to boil till they float.
  3. Serve warm.
