Garlic Butter

1 stick unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic - peeled and chopped finely
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp olive oil

  1. Melt the butter to room temperature.
  2. Add chopped garlic, herbs, olive oil and salt and use a electric mixer to mex well.
  3. Transfer to a tub and refrigerate for use.
